How do I edit the contact information on my listing?


The contact section is one of the most important sections to examine to help ensure that your property is receiving email and phone leads correctly!

If your listing is managed through Apartments.com, please reach out to your Account Executive to update your contact information.

For listings managed via a data feed service, such as RentCafe or AppFolio, you will need to update your contact details directly through your feed service provider.

Note: If your listing is linked to a feed, any changes made within your off-campus account will be overwritten by the data feed during its next update

Edit a Listing's Contact Settings

By default, your listing's contact settings will match your Account Information on your user profile. However, you can change this information at the listing level.

To view where your leads are being directed for each listing, go to My Listings, click on Edit on the right, and then navigate to the Contact tab on the left:

Phone

Including a phone number is optional. If you do not want your phone number to display on the website, you can remove it and leave this field empty.

Email

Enter the email address(es) where you'd like to receive email leads. While you will receive leads at this address, the email address will not be displayed on your listing. Prospective renters will contact you through a contact form, and your email address will only be visible to them when you reply to the email lead.

By default, the email you used to register will be your Primary Email Address. You can edit your primary email as well as add additional email addresses under Account Settings > Email Addresses.
