How do I edit my listings?


Manual Entry

If you set up your listings manually (i.e., entered them directly on the off-campus housing website rather than managing them through a property feed), you can update them through your user account by following the steps below:

  1. Log into your My Account page.

  2. In the left-hand menu, click Edit Listings, then click Edit next to the listing(s) you'd like to modify.
    1. Make your edits and click the Save button before editing each section.
    2. To add or change a photo, click the Photos tab and click the gray box, and Drag & Drop or Click to Select your photo from your files.

Note: Please contact customer support if you need any assistance uploading lead tracking emails, phone numbers, property websites, property maps, tour scheduling, or virtual tours to your listing ads.

Third-Party Feed Automation

If your property listing is managed through a feed service (such as Yardi, Entrata, AppFolio, RealPage, etc.), any updates must be made directly through your feed provider. If you're unsure where your listing information is coming from or need help making updates to your off-campus housing listing, we’re happy to point you in the right direction.
